About Gruber:

Allison Gruber is the author of You’re Not Edith (George Braziller, Inc) and Transference (Tolsun Books, Inc.). Her work has appeared on stage, in anthologies, in countless literary magazines/journals, and has received praise from Booklist, Publishers Weekly, NewPages, Lambda Literary, and others. To support her writing habit, Gruber spent many years teaching in both secondary and post-secondary educational settings. These days, she is a full-time writer who lends her teaching/writing/other professional experience to select not-for-profits that align with her own socio-political all-American belief system.
